The Steak

A Texas Panhandle wrestler who shoots for the legs at the opening bell and has not lost as a professional. Six years ago he broke a man's jaw in a bar fight and served 14 months in a Texas state prison. He has been sober for three years, and his sobriety chip is taped inside his hand wraps every time he fights. Nobody in the league uses his real name. Walter knows it.

He says“Eight seconds. That's all I need.”
